This week’s pick: Nucleo app for Windows and Mac ecosystems. This app is previously mentioned Iconjar equivalent for Windows product and UI designers. Just like the alternative, Nucleo packs the custom icon pack management, ability to quickly get started with existing predefined icons and a few bits more.
